Caplor Farm is a close and unique community, providing workspaces and accommodation for small businesses, staff and students in Herefordshire.

The site has a strong emphasis on sustainability – in 2009 we won the West Midlands Carbon Positive Award for cutting our carbon footprint and we are partly powered by a wind turbine and solar PV system, as well as having solar hot water.

Caplor rents affordable workspaces onsite to support local rural enterprise in the community.

We’re thrilled to host talented local artist Alan Ross who specialises in metal garden sculpture. Read about his relationship with Caplor here.
