Technical Team Leader (Renewable Heating)

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Inspired leadership to ensure everyone in the supply chain is looked after, from customers to installers, suppliers and the team.
  2. Development of the installation teams so as to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
  3. Delivery of all key operational processes to ensure achievement of the annual installation targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Pro-active appetite for personal development
  • All round contribution with input on all technologies
  • Multi skilled to include technical design and project management
  • Air & Ground Source Heat Pump qualification
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft software, Word and Excel

Executive Assistant

Job purpose:

To provide full administrative and business support to the Senior Management team, including inspired customer service to ensure everyone in the supply chain is looked after.

Key Accountabilities:

  2. Pro-active support of the senior managers with day to day running of their departments
  3. To operate to standards and excel at all values set by the company

Key Requirements:

  3. All round contribution with administrative support across the departments including; Sales and marketing activities, Finance, Property & Human Resources
  4. General administrative support to the Managing Director
  5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  6. Working knowledge of Social media platforms and WordPress
  7. Working knowledge of Xero Accounting Software would be an advantage

    Staff development

    Caplor maintains a clear policy of supporting its staff in their training and development. Members of the team are regularly encouraged to attend training events and sabbaticals and our aspiration is for all staff to fulfill their potential – both as employees and as individuals.
