In keeping with the other branches of Caplor, Caplor Property is concerned with issues of community and sustainability – not just the simple bottom line represented by profit and loss.
To that end we have been concerned with the development of affordable housing and sustainable housing. We have been involved in both building and renovation and have also been pleased to provide a range of affordable housing opportunities here on the farm which has resulted in a close and special community where we provide accommodation for staff and students.
Over the years, we have built up a small portfolio of properties in England, South Wales and Poland, and established considerable expertise in the process.
As the Caplor portfolio grew we set up a Letting Agency with the award-winning Martin & Co. in Merthyr Tydfil. The Agency provides rental services in South Wales and was Runner-up for Best New Business at the 2009 Martin & Co. Awards.
