PV Panels
Monocrystalline solar cells are black or dark blue in color. They are made up of just one crystal and have a high efficiency factor. They are preferred in situations where available surface area is limited. Their lifespan is at least 25 years, and there are panels in Germany still going strong after more than 40 years.
Polycrystalline or multi-crystalline solar cells have a blue surface. Their crystal structure is only partially ordered giving them less voltage which means a slightly lower efficiency factor. Polycrystalline cells are easier to manufacture, cheaper to produce and are the most used technology in the photovoltaic sector.
As an independent company Caplor Energy can provide a range of panels to best suit your requirements. We are not tied into using any particular panel like some larger installers and this allows us to be very responsive to your situation. Inverters
Inverters transform direct current created by solar modules into alternating current (230 volts) that we use to operate our electrical appliances. As the multi-functional heart of various PV systems, an inverter fulfils many tasks.
Inverters monitor and control the entire photovoltaic installation, ensure maximum performance and collect operating data. In grid-connected systems, inverters disconnect automatically from the grid when necessary, interrupting grid feed-in and protecting it from overloading.

Frameworks
Mounting systems for photovoltaic systems are the fixtures in which the solar modules are mounted (e.g. roof or other surface). In addition to customised solutions, there is also an array of construction kits that facilitate installation thanks to pre-installed pieces making it quick and cost effective to mount the solar modules.
