Caplor maintains a clear policy of supporting its staff in their training and development. Members of the team are regularly sent on training events and sabbaticals and our aspiration is for all staff to fulfill their potential – both as employees and as individuals.
Everyone is encouraged to go for further qualifications wherever possible and Caplor supports them in doing this.
Staff development days are held on a regular basis and those these are always fun they also help the team bond and work together more effectively. Caplor has negotiated a special rate at the Wye Leisure Health and Leisure Club and this is a benefit appreciated by many members of the team.
